Commencement at Bowling Green State University is a time of ceremony and pageantry, a time for
celebrating academic achievements and a time to begin the next step in life. Fall 2009 commencement
ceremonies are scheduled for Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. at Anderson Arena at Memorial
Hall.
Volunteers are needed to help take tickets at the door, distribute programs, and direct visitor traffic.
Disabled seating assistants also are needed, as well as assistants at Olscamp 101, where overflow crowds
are seated.
Once the ceremony officially begins and no one needs further assistance, volunteer responsibilities are
completed.
