Perrysburg resident, Phil Walton received the annual Public Service Award from the Chicago Social
Security Managers Association (CSSMA) in recognition of his years of volunteer work. Walton is the
district manager of the Social Security Admini-stration in Toledo.
Walton has worked with cub scouts in Perrysburg, the Office on Aging of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, and
