Fun at the Fountain kicks off Labor Day weekend in Rossford

ROSSFORD – The Rossford Business Association will host the third annual RBA Fun at the Fountain on
Saturday from 6 to 11:30 p.m. on the front lawn of the Rossford Municipal Building, 133 Osborn St.,
between the fire station and the library.
This will be part of the "Rossford Hometown Celebration" activities held throughout the entire
day across the city, which includes a boat parade, fireworks and numerous outdoor/indoor tournaments
hosted by the Rossford Community Recreation Center.
The 21-and-over Fun at the Fountain event will feature live music by The Rake Shakers, a beer garden,
50/50 raffle and food by Bad Bob’s BBQ and Marco’s Pizza.
"The Rossford Business Association is thrilled to be a part of such a festive day for the city of
Rossford," said Raymond J. Miller Jr., president of the RBA. "Our Fun at the Fountain event is
just one of the many events that people can enjoy during the upcoming Labor Day weekend."
Proceeds from the $1 admission fee for Fun at the Fountain will go to the annual RBA scholarships awarded
to local high school students. Event sponsors include: Bass Pro Shops, Bay Park Community Hospital, Drs.
Henry and Kristin Green, Edward Jones, Heban & Galernik, Inside Out Self Storage, Quality Family
Eye Care, Ray Miller and Smithers Insurance. Complementary service will be provided by A.A. Boos
& Sons, and H.T. Moriarty Co.
Parking is available at the main Rossford High School parking lot (across the street). A shuttle service
will be provided, compliments of the Rossford Community Recreation Center.
