Daniel O’Donnell to perform Sunday at UT’s Savage Arena

TOLEDO – Irish singer Daniel O’Donnell will bring his summer arena tour to the newly-remodeled Savage
Arena at the University of Toledo on Sunday at 2 p.m.
O’Donnell sings an eclectic mix of easy listening, country, Irish, and rock n’ roll songs. His concert
will include a sing-along fest with audience members encouraged to join him in tunes like "Wooden
Heart," "Sing Me An Old Irish Song," and "Blackboard Of My Heart."
Born in Kincasslagh, County Donegal, of a musical family, he has fans from Europe and Ireland to America
and Australia. He has performed at such prestigious venues as London’s Royal Albert Hall, New York’s
Carnegie Hall, and the Opera House in Sydney, Australia. And O’Donnell has been seen by millions in the
U.S. by his TV show on PBS.
Joining him will be the Irish singing sensation Mary Duff.
Tickets range from $39.50 to $69.50. Parking is free. Tickets can be purchased in advance at (419)

The arena and the arena box office will open at 12:30 p.m. on the day of the show and the concert is
expected to run from 2 to 5 p.m.
