GENOA -? The Genoa Children?s Theatre will present two one-act plays Aug. 6, 7 and 8 at 8 p.m. and Aug. 9
at 2 p.m.
?Brothers Grimm: Out of Order? and ?The Ever After? will be staged in the historic Town Hall Opera House,
5091?2 Main St.
The plays feature children ages 4 to 15 from Genoa and the surrounding areas.
?Out of Order? tells the story of brothers Jake and Will Grimm and what happens when they can?t agree on
a script and end up fighting. Stories are intermingled and now Hansel and Jorinda are on their way to
meet the stage mother and Rapunzel wants her son, prince Charming, to go the Gingerbread Castle for a
ball to meet his true love, the evil witch Cinderella.
In ?The Ever After,? a cheesy talk show host invites traditional fairy tale characters to reconcile on
live television. Guests include Snow White and the Evil Queen and Cinderella and her middle-aged Ugly
Stepsisters.
