Marilyn S. McClusky, age 84, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on July 5, 2009 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio,
Perrysburg, Ohio.
On September 9, 1924 she was born in Toledo to Errett and Anna (Putzka) Ruth. She married Robert F.
McClusky on August 10, 1946 in Toledo, and he preceded her in death on January 3, 1986.
Marilyn had worked for Kresge’s as a bookkeeper and then for Secor Finisher’s as an assembler both in
Toledo.
In her spare time she was a Girl Scout leader for Troop No. 27 and was very active with the Mothers
Auxiliary Boy Scout Troop No. 196.
Surviving Marilyn are her daughter: Kathy "Kate" (Don) Sentle-Keppler of Pemberville, Ohio;
five grandchildren: Amy, Darkon, Dale, Heather, Katie; three great-grandchildren: Robert, Alexcia,
Madyson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, daughter Karen Lee, son Michael Patrick, sister
Mildred "Millie" Ingle and brother Marvin Ruth.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, July 11, 2009 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Olivet Lutheran
Church, 5840 Monroe St., Sylvania, Ohio. Burial will be private in Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania.
Arrangements are being handled by the Marsh Funeral Home, 110 Main St., Luckey, Ohio.
