INDIANAPOLIS – Scott Sizemore and Will Rhymes each had key hits as Toledo posted a 9-7 International
League victory over Indianapolis Tuesday. The Mud Hens are 34-43 in the IL West.
Sizemore had three hits, including a home run, and four RBI and Rhymes had hit hits, including an RBI
double in the eighth inning. Brent Dlugach and Mike Hessman each added two hits for the Mud Hens.
Hessman and Rhymes each hit two doubles.
The final three Toledo pitchers combined for four innings of scoreless relief allowing no hits and three
walks while striking out four. Jay Sborz got the win and Ryan Perry earned the save.
