The National Association of Television Arts in Sciences has announced that FOX Toledo has been nominated
for three Emmys: Outstanding Morning/Daytime Newscast, Outstanding Evening Newscast and Outstanding
Weekend Newscast.
FOX Toledo News was recently honored with two AP Awards.
One was for first place for Extraordinary Coverage of a Scheduled Event for "BCS Championship
Monday" awarded for having plenty of angles that helped capture the significance of the game
without feeling too sports-heavy.
The other was for second place for Best Website for having a very crisp, clean and simple format for
effective display of content that incorporates interactive features.
