Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Alan Mayberry Friday sentenced Doyle Ish to 10 months in prison. A
jury convicted Ish of gross sexual imposition in April as a result of inappropriate contact with a
90-year-old woman on Sept. 22, 2008. She was a resident of Briar Hill Health Campus, North Baltimore.

Ish, 62, of Findlay, is also subject to a mandatory five years of post release control. The ruling also
indicated Ish would be given credit for jail time served.
He also was ordered to register as a Tier 1 sex offender.
The charge, a fourth-degree felony carried a maximum 18-month prison term.
