MILTON CENTER – The funeral for Margaret Marie "Mickie" (McClure) Crawford will be held at 1
p.m. Wednesday at Wright-Hobbs Funeral Home, Grand Rapids. Pastor Linda Zaye will preside with burial to
follow in Grelton Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m.
Mrs. Crawford, 85, of Milton Center, died Friday (June 5, 2009) at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.

She owned and operated Crawford Grocery in Milton Center and was the village’s postmaster for 33 years.

A 1942 graduate of Malinta/Grelton School, she enjoyed bowling, camping and sports.
Born March 2, 1924 in Ridgeville Corners to John and Margaret (Hiler) McClure, she married Marvin B.
Crawford on Nov. 21, 1942. He died in 1985.
She also was preceded in death by a son, Anthony; four brothers, Walter "Mac," Roy, John, and
Paul McClure; and two sisters, Gretchen Shroyer and Pauline Thompson.
Surviving are two sons, Stephen, Custar, and Marvin, of McComb; a daughter, Kimberly K. Crawford,
Perrysburg; three sisters, Alma McKinnon, Defiance; Joan Groll, Lexington; and Carolyn Willford, Elery;
a brother, Byron "Dick" McClure, Fremont,; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren;
three great-great-grandchildren; and special friend, Bob Self, Milton Center.
Memorials are suggested to Bridge Hospice, 1900 S. Main St., Findlay, Ohio 45840; or a charity of the
