To all persons interested in the Estate of Mary D. McCallister, deceased, Wood County Probate Court, Case
No. 20091098. The fiduciary in the estate has filed an inventory without appraisal of her trust. A
hearing on the inventory without appraisal will be June 26, 2009, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the court.
The court is located on the second floor in the Wood County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Bowling
Green, Ohio.
Any person desiring to file exceptions to said inventory must file them at least five days prior to the
day set for hearing.

HEARING

An application has been filed with the Lake Township Zoning Commission by Richard Ross, Owens Lake LLC.
The Lake Township Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing on this proposed amendment on
June 17, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. The proposed amendment seeks to amend the present zoning of the property
located at 29374 Tracy Road from “A-1” agricultural to “B-2” general commercial.
The current owner and address of property to be rezoned is: Owens Lake L.L.C., 29374 Tracy Road,
Walbridge, Ohio 43465, as it appears on the Wood County Auditor’s tax list.
The application proposing the amendment will be available for examination for a period of at least ten
(10) days prior to June 17, 2009, the date of the public hearing at the Lake Township Administration
Building, 27975 Cummings Road.
At the conclusion of the Lake Township Zoning Commission hearing, the matter will be submitted to the
Board of Lake Township Trustees for its action.
