What originally started as a simple phone call by a concerned neighbor led to the Bowling Green City Police and the Wood County Sheriff Department SRT converging at the scene of an allegedly unstable individual. According to the radio scanner, when the police arrived at the door they thought they heard the sound of a shotgun being cocked. This led to the SRT come a knocking. After breaking down the door, they found the man passed out on the floor of his garage. It makes me wonder if you can get charged with inducing panic if you are asleep at the time they arrest you.
