R. Elaine Green, 69, of Venice, Fla. and a long-time former resident of Bowling Green, died Monday, April 29, 2013 at Venice House Hospice from complications of lung cancer.
Her closest family members were with her until the end, and in a manner typical of Elaine, she maintained a sense of humor in an effort to lighten their distress.
She died as gracefully as possible under such circumstances. A class act all the way!
