2013 for a three (3)year contract for Waste Collection services including the weeklycollection, removal and
disposal of all waste materials from residences,municipal buildings,parks and other places.The contract also
coversthe collection, removal and proper disposition of recyclables.Thecontract is to commence on or about
January 1, 2014.Bid documents,general instructions and specifications can be obtained at the
TownshipAdministration office from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday orcall 419-838-6536.A bid bond or
cashiers check for five percent (5%)must accompany each bid.A performance bond in the amount of onehundred
percent (100%) shall be issued by the successful bidder.All bidders must submit a statement that they are
not charged at thetime the bid was submitted with any delinquent personal property taxesas per R.C.Section
