& State Route 25 at Newton Road inthe City of BowlingGreen, in accordance with the attached

asfollows:SECTION150.132 POWERS OF THE BOARD.
(E)Appeals to the Board.(5)The Board may grant a variance of§150.55(F) in any zoningdistrict. However, since
the dust associatedfrom unpaved surfacesis a public health nuisance incompatible with anyR, S, I, or
BDistrict, a variance can only be granted in anM-District if, inaddition to division (1) and (2) above, that
all thefollowingconditions are met:(a)Theproperty is no closer than1,000 feet to any R or S-1 or
