The Wood County Prosecutor’s Office will host the 15th Annual Wood County Youth Olympics March 15 at the
Perry Field House on the Bowling Green State University campus.
Registration starts today and is limited to the first 530 participants.
The free event that is open to fourth and fifth-grade students who attend school in or reside in Wood
County. Home-school, public school and private school students are all welcome to participate.
The participants will take part in Olympic-type events, as individuals and teams, where they have the
opportunity to win gold, silver, and bronze medals. The events challenge the participant’s mental and
physical strengths.
Each student will receive youth Olympics memorabilia, a T-shirt, a lanyard, and a Burger King coupon.
