PEMBERVILLE — On Tuesday at 7 p.m., Eastwood Local Schools is hosting a financial presentation for all community members, but particularly recent graduates, those in the workforce as well as those in college.

The first session will be called, “I got my first job! How do I plan for my future?”, and it will be held in the high school auditorium. The presentation will be led by Mick Foster and Christine Rutherford.

Topics for the evening include: the basics of investing; stock, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities; the importance of saving; funding a home purchase; saving for retirement; the importance of compounding interest; saving account types; savings accounts and checking accounts; 401K and 403B; and brokerage accounts and individual retirement accounts (including Roth IRAs).
