Penta lists FCCLA national leadership conference results

PERRYSBURG — Penta Career Center students in the main campus programs as well as the satellite family and consumer sciences programs at Anthony Wayne and Otsego competed at the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America national leadership conference in Denver.

Twenty-two students where recognized and 10 students were Top 10 in the nation.

Students earning top awards from Wood County included:

Catherine Getz (Bowling Green) and Logan Wauford (Rossford) – both from Culinary Arts, second place for Culinary Math

Peyton Baumbarger (Bowling Green) – from Culinary Arts, third place for Culinary Math

Madelyn DoMoe (Lake), Krystiana Everly (Lake) and Jorja Mackey (Maumee) – all from Early Childhood Education, silver for Promote and Publicize FCCLA

Parker Camp (Otsego) – silver for Promote and Publicize FCCLA

Kylie Kitzler, Casey Kuron and Megan Schiffer (all from Otsego Junior High) – silver for Event Management
