The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and Belleville Brother’s Meats announce the return of the annual pork-a-lean fundraiser in support of the BG BOOM Festival and Fireworks.
The event is scheduled for June 21 from 4-7 p.m. at Work Leads to Independence’s farmers market, located at the corner of South Main and Clough streets. As in previous years, this event is donation based.
The pork-a-lean tents will be set up on the southeast corner and guests will be asked to line up along the east side to place their order.
“Thank you to the Belleville family for continuing to work with us year-after-year in support of an amazing event for our community,” said Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Mary Hinkelman.
