Bowling Green State University women’s soccer standout Kennedy White has been named the Mid-American Conference Offensive Player of the Year.

Maya Dean and Mackenzie Reuber joined White on the All-MAC First Team, while Brynn Gardner was named to the MAC’s All-Freshman Team. BGSU led the league with three first-team selections.

Gardner, from Whitehouse, Ohio (Anthony Wayne), has played in all 18 matches, starting 14. In her first season with the Falcons, she is second on the team with 17 points, and leads the Falcons with seven assists. Gardner is tied for second on the team with five goals.

White is the fifth Falcon in the last six seasons to be named MAC Offensive Player of the Year. She joins Skylar Fleak (2017), Erica Hubert (2018), Chelsee Washington (2019) and Madi Wolfbauer (2021) on that list.

White has been named to the All-MAC Team for the second time in her BGSU career, having earned all-conference second-team honors as a freshman in 2019.
