A Wood County grand jury presented 28 indictments on Sept. 21 that included the following individuals:

• Brandon Damien Harris, 28, Findlay, for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. On Aug. 13 around 12:22 a.m., Bowling Green police attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of Main and Court streets. The vehicle nearly struck a BGPD officer who was on foot before continuing north of Main Street at a high rate of speed. The vehicle turned east of Oak Street and the officer turned east on Ridge Street. The vehicles met at the intersection of Ridge and North Enterprise streets. The officer turned north on North Enterprise and the white Ford Mustang exited into a parking lot. The officer at that time lost site of the vehicle and ended the pursuit. A search of the area located the vehicle park and unoccupied in the 700 block of North Enterprise. A photo of the registered owner matched a photo from a downtown camera.

• Paige Letonya Katryna Hamilton, 32, Palm Bay, Florida, for trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, both first-degree felonies. On Sept. 19, she allegedly prepared for distribution and was found in possession of more than 100 grams of cocaine, or about $1 million worth, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

• Kaleb Seibert, 25, North Baltimore, for endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor; and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. On Dec. 26, he allegedly created substantial risk to an 11-month-old after overdosing on drugs. He was found in possession of a white paper card containing fentanyl.

• Co-defendants Galen Hood, 63, Northwood, for trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; Chester Brown, 61, Defiance, for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and Roger Finkenbiner, 61, Weston, for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Hood on Feb. 23 was allegedly sold or attempted to sell less than 5 grams of cocaine. Brown and Finkenbiner on Feb. 23 were allegedly found in possession of cocaine.

• Carlos Oviedo, 45, Perrysburg, for having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony, and trafficking in cocaine, and a fourth-degree felony. On Feb. 16, he allegedly prepared for distribution less than 10 grams of cocaine, and also allegedly had in his possession a Glock 42 .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol despite having previously been convicted of a felony in 2004 in Wood County.

• Vernon Eugene Nolan, 50, Maumee, for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both third-degree felonies. On Feb. 28, Nolan allegedly prepared for distribution and was found in possession of more than the bulk amount of methamphetamine.

• Anthony Antonio King II, 26, Toledo, for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, a first-degree misdemeanor. On Aug. 18, police reported he turned left on red to get onto I-75 from westbound U.S. 20. He allegedly ignored the order to stop and attempted to elude police on a motorcycle for 3.5 miles at speeds in excess of 140 mph while passing approximately 20 vehicles before pulling over.

• Jahjuan Deandre Greer, 27, Wyoming, Michigan, for receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. On April 19, he allegedly received or disposed of a 2020 Dodge Charger while knowing the vehicle had been obtain through a theft.

• Billy Ray Johnson, 28, Atlanta, for improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. On May 30, he allegedly transported a loaded 9 mm Sig Sauer P365 in a motor vehicle in such a manner it was accessible to the operator or any passenger.

• Ryan Nicholas-Lynn Miley, 30, Romulus, Michigan, for possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony. On March 25, he allegedly was found in possession more than 5 grams of cocaine.

• Dion D. Brewer, 32, Columbus, for possession of marijuana. On April 2, he allegedly was found in possession of more than 200 grams of marijuana.

• Yazzmen Nikiia Roundtree, 22, Toledo, for improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. On May 6, Roundtree allegedly transported a loaded 9 mm Canik handgun in a motor vehicle in such a manner it was accessible to the operator or any passenger.

• Jalonnie Deontae Luchie, 26, Knoxville, Tennessee, for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. On May 2, Luchie allegedly was found in possession of a fentanyl-related compound and altered or destroyed documents in order to impair their value during an investigation.

• Christopher Allen Sharp, 44, Toledo, for breaking and entering and four counts theft, all fifth-degree felonies, and counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony. From Jan. 17-Feb. 16, he allegedly deprived a business of several products valued at more than $1,000; and from Feb. 8-March 2, he allegedly took $1,080 from the business. On March 22, he allegedly forced his way into the unoccupied business and took business checks. From March 22-Aug. 19, he allegedly took $5,384 in cash and passed or transferred counterfeit obligations valued at more than $1,000,

• Dacoda Joseph Lucero, 25, Toledo, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and two counts operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, both a first-degree demeanor. On June 17, he allegedly was found in possession of methamphetamine and was operating a vehicle with more than a 0.08 and less than a 0.17 BAC.

• Mario Jose Flores, 32, Toledo, for burglary, a second-degree felony, and theft, a fifth-degree felony. On Aug. 5, he entered an occupied residence in the 300 block of North Summit Street without permission and stole a PS5 gaming system and a book bag containing marijuana and a bong. The bong was reportedly recovered at his home.

• Cleophus Eugene Savage, 40, Northwood, for having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. On July 30, he was found through witness statements to have placed under the passenger seat of a vehicle a SCCY 9 mm handgun after asking if he could store it there. He had been convicted of a felony in 2013 in Lucas County.

• Da’Jon Ozavious La’Meek Prescott, 25, Sylvania, Georgia, for grand theft and forgery, both fourth-degree felonies. On April 14, he allegedly took $9,985 from a Bowling Green auto dealership without consent and did so by forging a check payable to himself from the dealership.

• Adam Medhat Fathy, 37, Saint Clairs Shore, Michigan, for possession of LSD, a third-degree felony. On May 16, he allegedly was found in possession of more than 50 unit doses of LSD in a solid form.

• Armani Levi Furr, 29, Toledo, for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. On May 30, he allegedly was found in possession of cocaine.

• Darius Kiaran Gorman, 31, North Baltimore, for petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor; grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, a third-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. On July 19, he allegedly entered a pickup truck in the 100 block of Rhodes Avenue and removed a Taurus G2C .40 caliber pistol and two magazines without permission. The gun reportedly was recovered in Gorman’s apartment.

• Larry Dennis Tipton, 66, Toledo, for having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, and inappropriately handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. On Aug. 6, officers conducted a traffic stop on I-75 in Rossford. When asked, Tipton said there was a firearm on the center floorboard wrapped in a shirt and accessible to the driver. He said the firearm belonged to an employee who works for him. He previously had been convicted of a felony in 2008 in Lucas County.

• Marvin Lee Burwell, 20, Toledo, for attempted theft from a person in a protected class, a fourth-degree felony. On July 11, police were dispatched to the 27000 block of Crossroads Parkway in Rossford on a report of an individual trying to have a locksmith program a key for a Dodge Charger. When the suspect was unable to provide proof of ownership, the locksmith locked the car but had gathered the man’s driver’s license and phone number.

• Christopher Allen Zam, 52, currently in the Lorain Correctional Institution. for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. On Feb. 14, he allegedly was found in possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
