A man pleaded guilty to a felony trespassing charge Monday following his indictment earlier this year on
aggravated robbery and theft.
James G. Cook, 46, currently listed at the Wood County jail, appeared in the courtroom of Wood County
Judge Robert Pollex.
Cook was originally indicted in June on one count of aggravated robbery and one count of theft from the
elderly connected to an incident at the residence of a female relative in Lake Township.
Under a plea agreement, Cook pleaded guilty to the amended charge of trespass in a habitation, with the
theft charge to be dropped at sentencing.
Cook is to be sentenced Feb. 10.
