Barbershop chorus seeks new voices for harmony
The Voice of Harmony barbershop chorus will hold a guest night for interested male singers Thursday at 7
p.m. Bowling Green Alliance Church, 1161 Napoleon Road.
The chorus, directed by CC Snyder, has more than 20 voices. The chorus has a number of holiday
performances scheduled.

Up and coming jazz pianist to perform at Toledo Museum
TOLEDO – Jazz pianist and composer Guy Mintus will perform Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the
GlasSalon in the Toledo Museum of Art’s Glass Pavilion.
Among those performing with the 23-year-old pianist will be jazz vocalist Jon Hendricks.
The Israeli-born pianist has won composition awards from ASCAP and the American Society of Composers,
Authors and Publishers.
Also joining Mintus will be saxophonist David Bixler, poet Joel Lipman and members of the Toledo Ballet.

Tickets are $35, $25 for members of the Art Taum Jazz Heritage Society and $10 for students. Call
