Earth Day: a religious look at biodiversity
PERRYSBURG — St. John XXIII Catholic Community and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Toledo will host
a program for Earth Day entitled All Creation Gives God Praise: Protecting Biodiversity in a Time of
Climate Crisis.
The program will be held on April 26 at 7 p.m. at 24250 N Dixie Hwy. The event will include prayer, live
music and a short presentation by Hal Mann. Light refreshments will be provided. The program is free and
open to the public.

Results from Bingo fundraiser
A Bingo fundraiser was held on April 13 at First Christian Church, 875 Haskins Road. The 72 people
attending raised $527 for the Cocoon. Food was available for purchase and white elephant prizes were won
by all in attendance, winners and losers.
