Rotarians of Oregon/Northwood Rotary Club have raised over $70,000 to give back to the community and this
year’s annual Golf Outing on June 19 at Chippewa Golf Course will increase the total returned to the
community again.
The annual golf outing is June 19 at Chippewa Golf Course with registration beginning at 11:30 a.m.,
lunch at noon and Shotgun start at 1 p.m. for the 18 hole scramble. In past years, the monies raised
have provided the funding for elementary students of the Oregon, Northwood, and Kateri School Systems to
attend the Challenger Learning Center, experiencing a Mission and enhancing team building, math, science
and technology skills
Dedicated to Service Above Self during the last 28 years, members have supported various organizations
and programs through fundraising.  The local club is one of 10 in the Metropolitan Toledo area and one
of 62 clubs in District 6600. Members are committed to humanitarian service, building goodwill and peace
