Puppet Pals, a free tutoring program for students in kindergarten through fifth grade, resumes Tuesday at the Wood County District Public Library.
Trained tutors from Bowling Green State University's Martha Gesling Weber Reading Center provide homework help, listen to and assist in reading aloud, and use puppets to encourage creative storytelling and other language skills.
The 30-minute sessions are Mondays through Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursdays from 4 to 6 p.m.
Drop in to the library any time to sign up. Caregivers are expected to remain in the building during tutoring. For more information, call (419) 352-8253.
