"The Art of Sushi Making" will be presented at 2 p.m. June 17
The cost is $10 per person and advance registration is required.
All area seniors are invited to participate with this lesson in the art of sushi making. This course will
instruct participants in making cooked sushi, using ham, shrimp, and crab meat.
The class size is limited to 10 participants. Advanced payment required.

The instructors are Haipeng Tang and Xiaohui Liu, both international students at Bowling Green State
University. They are from China.
Participants will each create six pieces of sushi, two each of the three types which is included in the
registration cost.
It will be held at Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St.
