schedule updated
The Mid-American Conference announced Friday the starting time and television coverage for some of its
football games this fall.
Following is Bowling Green’s updated schedule:
AUGUST: 29 — at Western Kentucky, 8 p.m. (CBS Sports Network).
SEPTEMBER: 6 — VIRGINIA MILITARY, 3:30 p.m. (ESPN3); 13 — INDIANA, noon (ESPNU/ESPNEWS); 20 —at
Wisconsin, tba; 27 — at Massachusetts, 3 p.m. (tba).
OCTOBER: 4 — BUFFALO, tba; 11 — at Ohio, 2 p.m. (tba); 18 — WESTERN MICHIGAN, tba,
NOVEMBER: 4 —at Akron, 8 p.m. (ESPN2/ESPNU); 12 — KENT STATE, 8 p.m. (ESPN2/ESPNU); 19 — at Toledo, 8

Four from county
earn All-Ohio softball honors
COLUMBUS — Four softball players from Wood County high schools were named to the All-Ohio teams as
selected by the state coaches association.
In Division III, Elmwood infielder Rebecca Harvey was a first-team selection and Rossford catcher Margo
Jackson was named to the second team.
In Division II, Eastwood infielder Cassidy Rolf was named to the second team.
In Division IV, North Baltimore outfielder Hanna Brian was named to the second team.
