HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — A southwest Ohio couple accused ofabandoning the adopted 9-year-old son they
raised from infancy by givinghim to child welfare officials have pleaded not
guilty.Forty-nine-year-oldCleveland Cox and 52-year-old Lisa Cox enter their pleas Wednesday in aButler
County court to charges of nonsupport of dependents.Their attorney and the county prosecutor declined to
comment. The court set the trial for Feb. 10.Authoritiessay the couple gave the boy to children’s services
last month aftersaying he showed aggressive behavior. An August sheriff’s report saidthe mother reported
