COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio judge has allowed veterans andfraternal posts to continue
operating electronic raffle machines while alawsuit by the groups against the state attorney general
proceeds.Whilea portion of the raffles’ proceeds go to charity, Attorney General MikeDeWine has declared
the devices to be illegal, and after months ofenforcement delay ordered them shut down in October.The

Laurel Beatty’s order on Thursday preventsDeWine, the Ohio Liquor Control Commission and any cooperating
