Rodney Samuel Fizer, 64, of rural Mount Blanchard, passed away at 6:29 a.m. on Friday,
November 29, 2013 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.He was born on February 13, 1949, in Fairmont,
WV. He married Mary Etta Jolly on August 31, 1985, and she survives.Rodney was an independent licensed
social worker, having practiced in Northwest Ohio since 1994.All services will be private and are
