Dean “Shorty” Sautter. 89, of Bowling Green, OH, died December 12, 2013.
He was born September 4, 1924 in Waterville, OH to Carl and Jennie (Potter) Sautter.
Dean was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of the Weston American Legion. He enjoyed his work of farming.
Dean is survived by his wife, Mary (Irving) of Weston, OH, children, Gary (Cheryl) Sautter of Avon Lake, OH, Marilyn (William) Baker of Perrysburg, OH, stepchildren, Kathy Woessner of Grand Rapids, OH, and Jason (Maryann) Steinitz of Buffalo, NY, nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Emma (Smout), second wife, Janet (Bruns), and brothers, Albert and Lyle Sautter.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 16, 2013 from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, 408 W. Wooster St. Bowling Green, OH.
