David "Whiskers" Moak

David "Whiskers" Moak, 64, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away, Tuesday, January 28, 2014.
David was born in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Marshall and LaDonna Moak. He is survived by a daughter:
Halley (Jamieson) Williams, of Fort Polk, Louisiana.
David proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp from 1967-1970. David served in the
Vietnam War. David was a member of the Bowling Green VFW Post 1148, a life member of the VFW Post 1760
in Mesa, Arizona, a member of the Bowling Green Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2180, a lifetime member
of the AMVETS Ohio Post 744 and a member of the American Legion in Mesa, Arizona.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, February 3, 2014 from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM with a Prayer
Service led by Father Mark Davis at 5:00 PM in the Bowling Green VFW Post 1148, 719 S. Main Street,
Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Interment will be held at a later date in the Great Lakes National Cemetery.
