Cheryl S. Dahms, age 68, of Galloway, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on February 28, 2014 after a
brave battle with cancer.
She was born December 13, 1945 in Bowling Green, Ohio, to the late William and Elizabeth (Hampton) Long;
also preceded in death by her granddaughter Heather Elizabeth Dahms and brother William Long.
Cheryl was a loving wife, mother and grammy.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Steven Dahms; son and daughter-in-law Steven Jr. and Amber
Dahms of Galloway; daughter and son-in-law Amanda and Brian Bearden of Bentonville, AR; beloved
grandchildren Steven III, Gabriella, Katherine and Charlotte.
Family will welcome friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Schoedinger Hilltop Chapel, 3030
W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43204 where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday; Pastor Nathan Custer,
officiating.
Cheryl will be laid to rest in Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
