Bobby "Bob" R. Gallant, age 77, of North Baltimore, Ohio, went to be with the Lord
on December 17, 2013 at Blanchard Valley Hospital.He was born on December 27, 1935 in Hoytville, Ohio,
to the late Elias "Bud" and Emma Jane (Drummond) Gallant. Bob married Faith Hardy on November
16, 1957 in Bloomdale, Ohio.Surviving are Bob’s loving wife of 56 years, Faith; Son, Gary (Pamela)
Gallant of Fostoria; Daughter, Karen (Jerry) Perry of North Baltimore; Sister, Mary Lou Gallant of North
Baltimore; Grandchildren, Paul (Erin) Perry, Mallory (James) Chaffin, Anna Gallant, Jill Gallant;
Great-Grandchildren, Logan Perry and Ryleigh Perry.Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Elias and
Emma; Brothers, Norman Gallant and Melvin Eugene Gallant.Bob attended North Baltimore High School, and
was a member of the St. James United Methodist Church.He worked many years as a maintenance worker for
Heinz in Bowling Green, and then RCA in Findlay where he retired from.Bob enjoyed camping, he and his
wife, Faith, were campground hosts for 5 years at the Van Buren State Park. He also enjoyed going to
steam shows, was an avid roller skater, and he lived to see his grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.Friends will be received on Friday (December 20, 2013) from 10 to 11 a.m. at the St.
James United Methodist Church in North Baltimore, where a Celebration of Life Service will start at 11
a.m. Friday (December 20, 2013) with Pastor Rick Adams officiating.Burial will be at Weaver Cemetery at
a later date.There will be a luncheon at the church immediately following the Service.Memorial donations
