HAGEMEYER, Alice Rose – age 88, of Highland, MI, died peacefully at her home, Tuesday, April 29, 2014.

Services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Highland Congregational Church, 1605 N. Hickory
Ridge Rd, Highland, MI. Dr. Gary Evans officiating.
Visitation will be held at the church Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.

Alice was born September 10, 1925 in Saline, MI, the daughter of Oscar and Clara (Bredernitz) Klein.
She was a graduate and valedictorian at Saline High School.
Alice retired from Bowling Green State University as the Assistant to the President. She had resided in
Highland, MI for the past 12 years with her granddaughter, Amanda and husband Rob Moore, coming from
Lake Fenton, MI.
Alice was a member of Highland Congregational Church in Highland.
Surviving are two daughters, Darlene Lentz of Brooklyn, MI and Sue Ann Houtz of Cygnet, OH, six
grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Clara Klein; two sons, James Lee and Robert Lee
Hagemeyer; and five siblings.
