Toledo man held on three charges

A Wood County Grand Jury has indicted a Toledo man with promoting prostitution,
possession of heroin and intimidation.According to the indictment Stephen C.
Pettaway, 30, of Toledo, , is alleged to have "knowingly supervised,
managed or controlled the activities of a prostitute in engaging in sexual
activity for hire" on or about June 26. He is also alleged to have had 1.5
grams of heroin in his possession. Both counts are fourth-degree felonies.The
intimidation charge, a third-degree felony is alleged between the dates of June
26 and July 9. According to the indictment, he did "attempt to influence,
intimidate or hinder a public servant, part official, or witness in the
discharge of the person’s duty."His case is being heard by Judge Reeve
Kelsey.
