Middleton Twp. reschedules mtg.
The Middleton Township Trustees have rescheduled their regular meeting from tonight to March 12 at 6:30
p.m. due to lack of quorum.
E. Wooster St. closed for work
Bowling Green will close the westbound lane of East Wooster Street, between Main and Prospect streets,
today and Thursday for sewer work.
Traffic will be maintained but the lanes shifted which may result in traffic delays in the downtown area.

Training offered to liquor establishments
The Bowling Green Police Division will provide Liquor Establishment Employee Training (LEET) on March 11.

The training will run from 7 to 9 p.m. and will focus on civil liability, state and local liquor laws and
fake ID recognition. The police divisions encourages employees and management staff of local businesses
that sell alcoholic beverages (bars and retail outlets) to attend.
This training will take place at the Bowling Green Police Division’s Training Room at 175 W. Wooster St.

Preregistration is required and is limited to the first 40 individuals. The training is free and
certificates will be presented to attendees.

Crash on I-75 injures one
PERRYSBURG – One person was taken to an area hospital after a crash on Interstate 75 just north of U.S.
20 Thursday.
Perrysburg Police report that at 9:16 a.m. Martina Delao, Perrysburg, was northbound on I-75 in the
center lane when she said she was caught by a large gust of wind when she passed a semi.
Delao then lost control on the ice-covered roadway and spun out of control, hitting a guard rail.
She was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, by Perrysburg EMS with possible injuries.
Delao was cited for failure to control.
