Ohio 105 closes
PEMBERVILLE - Ohio 105, between Pemberville Road and U.S. 23, will be closed for culvert replacement Monday through Friday. All work is weather permitting.¬†¬†¬† ¬†
Ohio 65 road¬†¬†¬† work planned
PERRYSBURG - Starting Monday, lane restrictions are possible on Ohio 65, from West Boundary Street to Ohio 64 near the Waterville bridge for resurfacing. The work is through November.
Ohio 65 between Roachton Road and Brittney Road, will be closed for culvert replacement, starting Monday. Local access will be maintained.
Library offers Monday movies
Come to the Wood County District Public Library Children's Place every Monday this summer at 10:30 a.m. for popcorn and a movie as part of the summer reading program, "Fizz, Boom, READ!" ¬†
This week, watch robot heroes explore earth and space to prove to humans that plant life is alive again at home, and that there's hope for the future.
Exchange Club wins award
The Bowling Green Exchange Club has been awarded the Best Community Service Award for the 2013-14 Positive Start Program for middle school students. The award will be presented by The Ohio-West Virginia District Exchange Clubs at their Awards Banquet in Miamisburg,
Anxiety group has last meeting
The Panic and Anxiety Disorder Support Group will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the conference room of the Medical Building at Wood County Hospital. The topic is perfectionism.
There is no fee. This will be the last support group offered at this time.

Civil Service group meets
The Bowling Green Civil Service Commission will meet at 9 a.m. on Tuesday in the Personnel Director's Office, City
Administrative Services Building, 304 N Church St.
The purpose of the meeting is to establish eligibility lists, and/or certify names of candidates deemed eligible for consideration for hire or promotion to various classified positions, such as account clerk. Action will also be taken to modify, add, or abolish job descriptions, and to establish classified positions.
