A Gibsonburg man died Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash on East Wooster Street near Dunbridge Road.

The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred at approximately 10:25 a.m.
when a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo, operated by David Kaseman 58, of Gibsonburg was westbound on Route 105.
The vehicle traveled left of center striking head on a 2008 Buick Rendezvous, operated by William Beard
Jr., 74, of Pemberville, who was eastbound on Route 105.
Kaseman was transported from the scene and later pronounced dead at Wood County Hospital.
Beard and his wife, Judy Beard 73, were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The patrol reports that both vehicles sustained heavy and disabling damage.
All involved appeared to be wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash and alcohol did not appear
to be a factor, the patrol reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
