FINDLAY – A former Pemberville man who faced voyeurism charges in three local cities, including Bowling
Green, pleaded no contest Wednesday to six counts of voyeurism in Findlay.
Casey T. Miller, 27, who is listed in Findlay court records with a Gibsonburg address, was sentenced to a
$1,500 fine. He is also to receive a mental evaluation and have no criminal conduct for two years.
Six additional voyeurism counts were dismissed as part of a plea negotiation.
The charges were in connection to voyeurism incidents involving tanning beds in Findlay.
Miller pleaded no contest to one count of voyeurism in Bowling Green Municipal Court last summer. He had
allegedly placed his cell phone on the top of a tanning bed in the city to view those using it. That
reportedly is the same thing he did in Findlay.
In the BG case, he was sentenced to a suspended 90-day jail sentence, and a total of $250 in fines. He is
also to register as a Tier I Sex offender for 15 years, and complete a mental health program.
He cannot live within 1,000 feet of a school.
In court at that time, Miller stated he had an addiction to sex and was attending Sex Addicts Anonymous
meetings.
He was convicted by a Fremont jury in an additional tanning bed voyeurism case last August and was
sentenced to 10 days in jail, 30 days on home monitoring, and sex offender registration, among other
penalties.
