NORTH BALTIMORE – Five men were arrested recently during a human trafficking enforcement operation at
truck stops along Interstate 75 at Ohio 18 in Wood County and Ohio 613 in Hancock County.
The operation was a cooperative venture among the Wood and Hancock County Sheriff’s Offices and the
Perrysburg Township Police Department.
Arrested for solicitation prostitution, a third-degree misdemeanor, were:
• Rickie Damron, 61, Sugar Grove.
• Bobbie Dickens, 44, Talbot, Tennessee.
• Daniel Rosson, 35, Loredo, Missouri.
• Pirtpal S. Sandhu, 39, Bramton, Ontario.
Also arrested was Robert Eldridge, 38, Arlington, Texas, for solicitation prostitution and possession of
marijuana.
The cases of Sandhu and Damron are pending through Findlay Municipal Court; the remaining cases are
pending through Bowling Green Municipal Court.
