BGSU names four finalists for business dean position

Bowling Green State University has announced four finalists in the search for a new dean of the College
of Business Administration.
The four candidates will visit over the next two weeks to meet with constituent groups and hold an open
forum for the university community. The topic each will address is: The Future of Business Education:
Challenges and Opportunities. There will be time for questions and answers following their
presentations, to be held in 114 Business Administration Building.
Ray Braun, CEO and President of Cogdell Spencer, Inc., Charlotte, N.C., will visit Monday with an open
forum from 3 to 4:15 p.m.
Deborah Spake, Associate Dean of the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama,
will visit April 12 with an open forum from 3 to 4:15 p.m.
Frank Buckless, KPMG Professor of Accounting and Department Head of Poole College of Management, North
Carolina State University will visit April 16 with an open forum from 3 to 4:15 p.m.
William Balzer, Dean, BGSU Firelands, will visit April 19 Open Forum from 3 to 4:15 p.m.
Receptions for each will be held from 5 to 6:15 p.m. on the day of their visits in the David J. Joseph
Company Business Hub of the business building.
