City police are investigating an incident in which a woman was struck by an object thrown from a vehicle
Wednesday.
The incident was reported at 2:15 p.m. Thursday but had occurred at Fifth Street and High Street
Wednesday evening.
The victim stated that an occupant in a blue Subaru threw a soft drink container at her while she was
roller-blading. The object struck her in the head.
She was able to provide the vehicle’s license plate to police.
The same vehicle was reportedly involved in another incident in the 800 block of Fifth Street Wednesday
evening.
