Eighteen people were indicted on charges including sexual conduct with a minor, drug trafficking and
escape by a Wood County grand jury last week.
Robert Evans III, 21, Toledo, was indicted on a single count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor
following an incident reported in the parking lot of Lake Schools on April 27. The alleged female victim
was 14 at the time of the incident.
Tony Ybanez, 36, Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence and two counts of
trafficking in marijuana following an incident reported on March 20.
Michael Malinowski Jr., 30, Bowling Green, was indicted on a total of three counts of trafficking in
marijuana following a November, 2013, incident reported on West Gypsy Lane Road in Bowling Green.
Charles Wilson Jr., 29, Toledo, was indicted on a charge of escape following an April 29 incident.
Wilson, while an inmate at the Wood County jail on theft and receiving stolen property charges,
reportedly did not return on the appointed date and time after being let out on furlough from the
facility.
Also indicted were:
• Jennifer Conley, 39, North Baltimore: aggravated possession of drugs.
• Ryan Epps, 29, Lima: identity fraud.
• Anthony Gatling, 35, Bowling Green: tampering with evidence.
• Terry Konieczka, 54, Flint, Michigan: aggravated vehicular assault, vehicular assault.
• Norman Jackson, 23, Richmond Heights: carrying a concealed weapon.
• James McCormack, 54, Northwood: possession of heroin.
• Roger Newman Jr., 22, Toledo: theft.
• Terry O’Leary, 30, Republic, and Cory Sours, 29, Tiffin: possession of heroin.
• Miguel Peiro Jr., 41, Toledo: identity fraud.
• Nikki Peters, 21, Curtice: theft from an elderly person.
• Ceatreaon Phillips, 22, Toledo, and Robert Bannister Jr., 25, Toledo: theft.
• Michael Welch, 38, Perrysburg: grand theft.
Additionally, bills of information were handed up for:
• Harold Chapman II, 58, Bowling Green: domestic violence.
• Makaila Korakas, 30, Bowling Green: trespass in a habitation.
• David McClain, 40, Toledo: possession of drugs.
• Josh McCoy, 20, Risingsun: receiving stolen property.
• Joshua Melnek, 27, Millbury: possession of drugs.
• Dallas Powell, 26, Toledo: possession of drugs (two counts).
• Jennifer Young, 22, Toledo: possession of drugs.
