blowerbuilding, two effluent pumps and an influent pumping station. Theproject is scheduled to begin
construction in early 2014 and becompleted in 2016. Funding for the project will be through Ohio EPA’sWater

INCLUDE: Summary of past performance of the firm
as reflected by the evaluations ofprevious clients with respect to such factors as control of costs,quality
of work, and meeting of deadlines. (2 page max)List of thefirm’s previously completed wastewater treatment
plant type projectswithin the last 5 years, including those funded through the WaterPollution Control Loan
Fund and Ohio Water Development Authority. (2 page max) Experience of the
firm’s personnel, especially the technicaltraining, education, and experience of employees within the firm
