received by the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, at the Office ofthe Municipal Administrator, in the City

2:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME THURSDAY,
JUNE 20, 2013 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Theproposed work consists of Pavement Planning; Placing Asphalt Concrete;Pavement Markings;
Guardrail; and Maintaining Traffic and otherappurtenances necessary for a complete project. The contract
