take notice that the plaintiff has filed an action to “quiet title” through adverse possession of said
real estate for more than 75 years. Said complaint demands that all claims of predecessors in title be
quieted and that all future claims be quieted and that the plaintiff be found to be the sole owner of

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Board of
County Commissioners, One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
June 18, 2014, and immediately opened thereafter. Such bid proposals as herein concerned shall be for
bridge materials and setting for the following as described:- Item I. Bridge No. 1-21G Portage Rd,
Montgomery Township Item II. Bridge No. 1-42C Weston Rd, Jackson Township All bids shall be sealed and
plainly marked: “BRIDGE MATERIALS”. An authorized representative of the bidder shall properly sign all
bids. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wood County as
determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. The successful bidder will
be required to sign an affidavit of contractor or supplier of non-delinquency of personal property taxes
in accordance with Section 5719.042, Revised Code of Ohio and an Affidavit Regarding Child Support,
pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 92-2041. A bid bond or cashier’s check in
the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each proposal submitted. The
