Estate of Jesselyn Rowland a/k/a Jesselyn L. Rowland, deceased, whose
last known address is unknown; Frances Rowland, whose last known
addresses are 1534 East Broadway Street, Toledo, OH 43605, Unknown
Spouse of Frances Rowland, name unknown, whose last known addresses are
1534 East Broadway Street,
Toledo, OH 43605, Richard Rowland, Jr.,
whose last known address is unknown; Susan Rowland, whose last known
address is unknown; Mark Rowland, whose last known address is unknown;
and Debra Rowland, whose last known address is unknown each of you will
take notice that on the 3rd day of February, 2014, Plaintiff,
filed a Answer, Cross Claim and Third Party Complaint for foreclosure
in the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, One Court House Square,
Bowling Green, OH 43402, being Case NO. 2014LF0005, alleging that there
is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $44,860.65, plus interest at 2.93%
per annum from July 28, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees
applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on
the real property, which has a street address of 4123 Waltham Road,
Northwood, OH 43619, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number
H28712020304025000 and H28712020304026000
Plaintiff further alleges
that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the
conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become
absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required
to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever
barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said
mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and
that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said
Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 6th day of May, 2014.
