Eastwood’s softball team slugged 22 hits en route to a 17-7 win over visiting North Baltimore in six
innings on Thursday. PHOTO

Tudor led the way for Eastwood, going 5-for-5 with a double.
Other top hitters for the Eagles were: Caitlin Clay, 3-for-5; Cassidy Rolf, 3-for-4, home run, triple;
Mackenzie Albright, single, double; Krista Jennings, 3-for-5, home run, double; Maddie Fix, single,
double.
For NB, Bailey Boyer was 3-for-3, two doubles; Kelcie Bean, 2-for-3; Hanna Brian and Rachel Peters,
2-for-4; and Haleigh Fleck, home run.
Springfield 8, Rossford 6
In Rossford, a seventh inning rally came up short as the Bulldogs dropped to 4-2.
Top hitters for Rossford were: Kirsten Keller, 2-for-4; Margo Jackson, 3-for-4, three runs; Maggie Leahy,
2-for-3; Mandi Longeway, 1-for-3, two RBI; and Kelly Swope, triple.
BGHS 10, Findlay 2
In Findlay, Angie Hoffsis and Reagan Morman had three hits each, and Kelsey Park had two home runs and
three RBI as BG totaled 15 hits.
Kinsey Kale, singled and tripled for BG and Hanna Addy had two singles.

Huron 9, Lake 8
In Huron, Lake dropped to 1-4, despite out-hitting the Tigers 11-9.
Emma Materni was 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI, while teammate Allie Kontak was 3-for-3 with a double
and an RBI.
Otsego 11, Perrysburg 6
In Tontogany, Otsego scored all of the runs it needed in the first and third innings.
Leading hitters for Otsego were Aubrey Mazey and Savannah Schwind, who each had three singles each.
For Perrysburg, Torrie Zeigler and Madison Gerding each had two doubles.
Northwood 5,

In Toledo, wining pitcher Jade Laviolette went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Teammate Lexi Rymers was 2-for-4 with two RBI.

BGHS 6, Clay 5
BG scored five runs in the third inning to improve to 7-0.
Jack Schaller had two hits and four RBI for the Bobcats, and Joe Cohen added two hits and an RBI.

In Toledo, Perrysburg had 17 hits as Kaleb Mahler and Kyle Dekoninck combined for a one-hitter on the
mound.

game.

In Oak Harbor, Otsego failed to score after the first two innings.
Zac Gregory led the way at the plate for Otsego with a double and an RBI.

In Toledo Jake Davenport threw a no-hitter and went 3-for-4 to help Northwood to a Toledo Area Athletic
Conference win.
Northwood is 1-5, 1-0.
